I am rather enthusiastic about food, and what I eat matters to me. I believe in enjoying the food I eat, no matter what it is. I want to eat unprocessed and real food, and I always prefer homemade to store-bought, which is why I make most myself. I eat mostly a vegetable-heavy diet yet I love homey comfort food and second helpings of dessert, so it all balances out in the end.
